1 hour Biomechanics assessment

This required assessment is a detailed evaluation of your physcial wellbeing.

We will first observe your posture in a rested position and anylyze how your joints are stacked accordingly. From there, a video of your gait will be filmed and assessed as to how it is currently functioning.

Gait is the specific movement our bodies go through when walking and running. By observing how someone's gait is functioning it allows us to see areas of the body that are not operating well and  . Optimizing this will allow you to thrive for the longterm as this is a foundational element of how we as humans move on earth.
